The Comunidad Propietarios Don Paco in Patalavaca is an owners‘ association of almost 300 apartments in Patalavaca near Arguineguin in the municipality of Mogan on Gran Canaria. The founding of the community of owners took place on April 17, 1973. The first president of the community was Albert van Geenhuizen. Most of the building was completed from 1963 (land registry entry) to 1975. The apartments are privately owned and not managed by a tourist agency. The majority of the owners come from Spain and German-speaking countries such as Germany, Switzerland and Austria. The Scandinavians are the third largest group. There are also owners from Great Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Italy.
